Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original luxury packaging, including all certificates and manuals, to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our specialists have inspected the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
